The windows and doors in my house were about 20 years old and needed replacing. I went to RAD as I had used them before in our old house and knew the products were good quality and that they had a quick turnaround.

The guys that installed the windows were great. They let me know when they were arriving and were always on time. They managed to get the whole job done in two days and left the house secure overnight until they came back to finish.

The new windows and doors are much more secure and I’ve already notice less draughts.  I’ll notice a big difference in the winter and I would definitely recommend RAD to people.

I had wanted to upgrade my timber windows for a while but only did it recently when I found out you could get PVCu in different colours, not just white.

I got quite a few quotes to start with and although RAD weren’t the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive, after speaking to them on the phone and hearing several glowing references from other people it gave me the confidence to go with them.

We went for top hinge windows which are ideal when it rains and you still want the windows open without letting water in. They are large panes which make the house look much less cluttered. The project went very well and nothing was too much for the two installers who came to the house.

I’m very pleased with the outcome and would certainly recommend them.

I am renovating a house and needed to replace the existing uPVC windows as they were looking old and mismatched and I wanted a consistent look throughout.

I had two sets of French doors and four windows from the RAD after a friend recommended them to me.

There was a slight issue with one of the doors catching at the bottom but RAD came back out within two days and fixed the problem.

From the measuring up and delivery lead times, to the installation and getting hold of people they have been great. I would recommend them.
